Our Handmade Products
- Each piece is thoughtfully crafted using natural wood, so variations in grain, color, and finish are part of their beauty.
- Product photos are representative—every item is one-of-a-kind!

 

Custom Orders
- Once we’ve started creating your piece, it can't be changed or cancelled.
- If you cancel **before production begins**, we may offer a partial refund (minus material/design costs).

 

Ordering & Payment
- Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept all major payment types displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
- We'll provide estimated delivery timelines based on your order.
- Delays due to weather or supply availability are rare—but we'll keep you informed if anything comes up.

 

Returns & Refunds
- Non-custom items may be returned within **14 days** of delivery if they're unused and in original condition.
- Custom items are **non-refundable** once crafting begins. See our full [Refund Policy]
- If something arrives damaged or not quite right, contact us within **7 days** of delivery and we’ll make it right.
