Refund Policy

Every piece we make is crafted with care, heart, and precision—just for you. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's how we handle returns and refunds, with a little help from Ontario's consumer protection guidelines:

 

Standard Items - You can return standard (non-custom) items within **14 days** of delivery—as long as they're unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are on you unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Custom Orders - Since custom pieces are made just for you, we're unable to offer refunds after production has started. If you change your mind **before production begins**, we may issue a partial refund (minus the cost of materials and design work). 

 

If Something’s Wrong - If your item arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, reach out within **7 days of delivery**. We'll work with you to repair, replace, or refund it—depending on the situation.

 

How to Reach Us - To request a refund, just send us an email at sloverleigh@outlook.com with your full name and a quick explanation. Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within **7 business days**.
